Due to numerous acquisitions, user licensing for Cisco products became chaotic. Customers were forced to check multiple websites just to view their licenses and license usage information. This caused extreme frustration. (It was the leading customer complaint.)

“Licensing Simplification,” was made priority number one for the user experience team by leadership. Though it was a complex endeavor, we were able to provide users with visibility for all product licenses in one place. Once it launched, claiming “celebratory user response,” would be an understatement.
